I am close to releasing Email Users v4.6.2. This update addresses some issues in the README file and some translation string issues on the Options page. There is no new functionality or bug fixes since beta-1.
I would like to get as many of the translations as possible updated before releasing 4.6.2.

There was some other minor debug code cleaned up nothing visible on the Dashboard.
wp-SwimTeam Beta (2500 downloads )This morning I released beta-7 of wp-SwimTeam v1.40. This beta release addresses the problem where exported Hy-tek entries won’t load into Meet Manager. The problem was the E1 records didn’t have the gender specified in columns 14-15. I believe this problem was introduced when I implemented mixed gender events earlier this year.
wp-SwimTeam Beta (2500 downloads )This morning I posted beta-4 of wp-SwimTeam v1.40. This beta update addresses a number of issues mentioned recently on the WordPress Support Forum.
There are a few other fixes as well plus some debug code cleanup. I still have a couple of things to clean up before releasing v1.40. Also in this build as are the basic building blocks for Roles and Capabilities. If you use a Roles and Capabilities plugin, you may see some new swim team related data which has been defined but is not yet being used.
wp-SwimTeam Beta (2500 downloads )This morning I resolved my Subversion problems with phpHtmlLib and have posted v1.40 beta 3 of wp-SwimTeam. This release cleans up the Roster Export functionality which had become cumbersome as more formats were added. Instead of multiple choices from the dropdown menu, there is a single choice (Export Roster) which brings up a new form which allows the user some control over how much of the roster is exported and in what format(s).
This release is dependent on an update to phpHtmlLib so make sure you update it before loading this beta version. You must be running phpHtmlLib v2.6.7 or later for this new Export Roster functionality to work correctly.

The error only happened when using swimmer numbers that didn’t include a prefix (e.g. Simple Numeric sequence or USA Swimming format).
wp-SwimTeam Beta (2500 downloads )I have uploaded a preliminary build of wp-SwimTeam v1.40-beta-1. This build introduces new functionality to support mixed gender and combined age groups. It also fixes a number of small bugs I encountered along the way.
I have not done thorough testing on it as I don’t have access to MM and TM right now to validate the changes. However, I am reasonably confident that the changes I’ve made will have little to no impact on Hy-tek compatibility.

Google Forms Beta (8864 downloads )This morning I released v1.37.976 of wp-SwimTeam. This build addresses a bug which prevents the deletion of Event Groups and fixes several situations where dialog boxes were “floated” to the wrong place pushing them off the page to the right side.

This morning I released v1.36.973 of wp-SwimTeam. This build addresses a bug which prevents Users from signing up for job from the Jobs tab.
Yesterday I released v1.35.971 which addressed a problem when there were zero swimmers (aka a new installation) in the system. This bug caused some of the pages to display oddly for the Roster and list of Swimmers. Lastly, I enhanced the registration email such that it includes the Optional Field data defined for a swimmer. This enhancement is only included when using HTML formatted email. The Plain Text email continues to be very brief in nature.
