A lot of members of our group had their travel impacted by the severe weather on the east coast yesterday. As of 5:00 PM local time in Helsingborg, the large part of the group traveling through Dulles and Paris still hadn’t arrived at the hotel, although they are expected anytime now.
The groups traveling through Atlanta had the easiest time – no weather in Atlanta although they did have a delay due to President Obama and Air Force One being there which meant nothing else happens until the President is done. Sophia and I and missed our connection to London at JFK and ended up having to go to Newark to catch the red-eye to Copenhagen. It actually worked out ok for us, we ended up being the first ones here!
It was raining as we left Copenhagen but now that we’re in Helsingborg, the sun is out although it is rather windy.
